We want you to absolutely love your TailFramed portrait. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Every TailFramed order comes with our satisfaction guarantee. If you receive a product that has a quality defect, is damaged in transit, or is significantly different from the approved preview, we'll replace it or refund you — no questions asked.
Eligible Refunds
We offer full refunds or replacements for:
- Print quality defects — blurry, faded, or misprinted artwork
- Shipping damage — product damaged during delivery
- Wrong item received — incorrect size, product type, or artwork
- Significantly different from preview — if the final print looks materially different from what was shown
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Email us at support@tailframed.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We'll review your request within 1-2 business days and respond with next steps.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. Replacement orders are submitted to production immediately and follow our standard shipping timeline.
Non-Refundable Situations
Because every portrait is custom-made to order, we're unable to offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after the order has entered production
- Dissatisfaction with AI art style that matches the preview you approved
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Delays due to carrier or customs (though we'll help you track them down)
