How does Tail Framed work?

Simply upload a photo of your pet, choose an art style (Renaissance, Pop Art, Watercolor, etc.), and our AI transforms it into a unique artwork. Then select your product type (poster, canvas, or framed print) and size, and we'll print and ship it to your door.

What products do you offer?

We offer three premium product options: Premium Posters starting at $29, Canvas Wraps starting at $59, and Framed Prints starting at $79. Each is available in multiple sizes: 8x10", 12x16", and 18x24".

Can I create a portrait with multiple pets?

Yes! We offer group portrait options that allow you to include multiple pets in a single artwork. Choose styles like Family Portrait, Royal Duo, or Squad Goals for your pet crew.

By using tailframed.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

1. Service Description

TailFramed provides an AI-powered pet portrait creation service. You upload a photo of your pet, select an art style, and we generate a unique piece of artwork that is printed and shipped to you. Fulfillment is handled by Printful, our third-party print-on-demand partner.

2. Orders and Payment

All prices are in USD and include applicable sales tax calculated at checkout.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card information.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive an email confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud.

3. AI-Generated Content

Our service uses AI to transform your pet photo into artwork. Because results are AI-generated, the final artwork may differ from previews shown during the customization process. By placing an order, you accept that AI-generated results may not be identical to the preview.

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use, display, and share your generated artwork for personal and commercial purposes. TailFramed retains no claim to your generated artwork once an order is completed.

4. Your Content

By uploading photos, you represent that you own or have the right to use them, and that they do not infringe any third-party rights. You grant TailFramed a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of generating your artwork and fulfilling your order.

We will not use your photos for any purpose other than order fulfillment and service improvement, and we will never sell your photos to third parties.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. TailFramed is not responsible for delays caused by our fulfillment partner or carriers. See our Shipping Policy for details.

See our Refund Policy for full details. Because each product is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than quality defects or damage during shipping.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Upload photos of people without their consent
Use our service to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our systems
Resell access to our generation service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TailFramed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
