Every TailFramed portrait is custom-made to order and fulfilled by Printful, our print-on-demand partner with production facilities in the US, EU, and other regions worldwide.
Production Time
After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your portrait enters production. Production typically takes 2-5 business days depending on the product type and current demand.

Delivery estimates are from the time your order ships, not from the order date. Total time = production + transit.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders typically take an additional 5-10 business days beyond the standard transit times listed above. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package directly on our site at tailframed.com/order/[your-order-id]. You can also track through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Issues
If your package appears lost, damaged in transit, or hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@tailframed.com. Include your order number and we'll investigate and make it right.
